And the case itself is packed in solid foam and dressed in a large bag, which just perfectly fills the unpacker and thecase itself with statics. It will not kill, but it will give lightning.

Perforation - cool

The first and most important thing you need to know about the AeroCool Trinity Mini - it is perforated so that you areamazed. In front of a plastic triangular texture, the top is circular, with a triangular pattern.

In the partitions of the power supply texture is the same. And I will say in advance - this is the strangest thing that thecase has. Because this same partition has holes for two 120-mm fans.

Any, in fact. And no, they do not interfere with the motherboard - unless the cables will be difficult to insert, but thiscan be done before installing the turntables.

That's what excites me. Here's what tickles my curiosity - why turntables close to the power supply? There is a solidwall in the BZ, it will not be possible to cool it. But on the other hand, the second turntable, which can be plantedthere, cools the HDD baskets, which is not superfluous.

The manufacturer's website says that the turntables help cool the video card. And the second turntable can and doeshelp. And the first is just out of nowhere to take air... In general, strange.

But other perforated parts outside of this give a great flow of air in front and above. But there are no magnetic, or anydust filters at all, even from below. But there is in front, in a plastic casing.

Appearance

Outside in front of us is a very aeroCool case. ABS plastic in front, SPCC half-millimeter thick in places. The color ismatte black wherever possible.

Features

Dimensions are modest - 206.5 × 385.0 × 353.4 mm, inside is placed the motherboard Micro ATX / mini-ITX. But itand the components inside will be perfectly visible thanks to the tempered glass on the side.

In addition to the motherboard, inside the case is a neon video card up to 297 mm in length (almost any, up to themost flagship models of the most flagship lines). The maximum height of the cooler is 158 mm, which is also quitegood.

Seats for 3.5 ′′ two drives - all under the cover. There is also a box with screws and other useful tinsel. Landing under2.5 ′′ only three. The maximum length of the ATX power supply unit is up to 159 mm with cables. Expansion slots - four pieces.

Very pleasing cutouts for cable management in the amount of 2 pieces in the central part of the case. It would bepossible to ennoble more, and with silicone couplings - but at such a price it was not expected.

But AeroCool did not bypass the rear wall with a reserve for cable management - there are about a couple of inchesfor pulling the cables of the motherboard and BZ.

The front panel consists of two USB 3.0, one USB 2.0, audio connectors, as well as a power button and RGB.

The latter in the case is decorated with fans with ring lighting.

There will be three versions of the case on sale - V1 with a black complete turntable, V2 with two 140-mm Fixed RGB-turntables and one 120-mm FRGB-model.

Cooling

And I got an AeroCool Trinity Mini V3 - with three RGB fans. And if the rear - the traditional 120 mm, the front - asmuch as 140 mm! Special thanks for that from me. In general, the landing gear under the turntable is another 2 × 120mm on top.

I was very confused by the fact that the manufacturer does not recommend installing an SRO either 280 mm at thefront or 240 mm at the top. But there is a subtle hint of this in the recommendations for the thickness of the radiator - up to 28 mm, even in front. That is, it simply will not fit due to lack of clearance. Basically, you can take a risk, but Iwouldn't.

In general, the air flow is already enough. The gap at the bottom is about 10 mm, which is enough for the air intake ofthe BZ. But again, the dust filter will be missing.

And another nice little thing - the rear turntable is screwed into the longitudinal slots, so if there is not enough spacefor the cable management to power the CPU - it can be moved down.

Results for AeroCool Trinity Mini

Interesting case. Not without compromises, but with huge advantages. It is perfect for airflow, good RGB backlight andaccommodates almost any PC component
